Adoption Application

If you are interested in adopting a dog from TAS or would like to be added to our "Wish List", filling out an application is the "First Step". This application helps us find the right dog to match your family. Use our fast online application, or print out and fill in and send to us the hardcopy application completely, please sign & mail to:

Wish List

We are also starting a "Wish List" book. What is a "Wish List"? Anyone that may have specific types of dogs from color to breeds can log onto our website and send in your request for our staff to be on the look out for your special new friend.
